SHIPPING AND HANDLING Order Processing: - Next Business Day Our Next Day Shipping option means your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day (excludes weekends and holidays). So if you place an order on Monday, it will ship within 24 hours on Tuesday. However if you place an order on Saturday, it will ship on Monday (the next business day). Delivery Timeframes: - Europe is 10-12 business days - Rest of world is 10-15 business days These times are accurate for most parcels but there may be delays outside of our control, such as delays or backlog with the shipping carrier or post service.

You may change your mind and cancel your order within FOURTEEN (14) working days after receiving your item. If you choose to cancel your order you must do so in writing and failure to communicate your cancellation in writing on EMAIL info@glowsoftskin.com to the company within 14 days of the transaction being made will not be eligible for a full refund. In the event that you are eligible for a refund, Glow Soft Skin will refund the purchase price paid for the goods & associated cost incurred in delivering the goods to you. If you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the goods in your order to us in perfect condition.
